Reservations all require one full week of payment up front. Any reservations longer than a week will pay anything outstanding on arrival. Cancellations with more than a week of notice will be refunded everything but the first night. To receive any refund at least 7 days notice must be given. Any payment for a night with less than 7 days notice will be forfeit. (Eg. If a cancellation is made on a Friday, dates after and including the next Friday can be refunded)

*The first night of any stay is non-refundable upon making the deposit. There are no exceptions to this.*

For reservations of a month or more, the non-refundable amount increases to $200/month.

$10 nightly surcharge for all long weekends and holidays.

Early departures will be charged the full cost of the initial booked reservation.

Extensions made after arrival will be considered independently regarding weekly or monthly rates.

Check in is between 2-6pm. If you need an early or late check in please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
